Since the birth of our lesson program in 2019, we have steadily expanded what we offer year after year. Beginning with just one small round- pen, we have now grown to house a smaller all-purpose riding arena at the front of the property, and a large dressage arena on the southern side of the facility. Starting in mid-to-late 2024, Riverside Stables will begin construction on Skagway's very first indoor riding arena!

The horses at Riverside Stables live in 24 hour turnout with their friends, and are free-fed hay that is grown just over the mountains from us in Whitehorse, Yukon. While warming up for their lessons, owners are often encouraged to take advantage of the small trail system that runs through our property and along the river. When new members of our barn family arrive, they are pleased to discover that we pride ourselves on being a no-drama, all inclusive facility.
